Our Enterprise has changed the form of ownership
The notice is hereby given that pursuant to “State and municipal property privatization” Federal Act No. 178-ФЗdated December 21, 2001 and the order No. 822-p dated December 30, 2009 of Territorial office of Federal estate administration agency in Ryazan region, the Federal State Unitary Enterprise “Ryazan State Instrument-making Enterprise” (FSUE RSIE) has been reorganized into Joint Stock Company “Ryazan State Instrument-making Enterprise” (JSCo “RSIE”) whereof in December 20, 2011 the registry has been entered into the Uniform State Register of Juridical Persons (State registration Certificate No. 002232536 dtd. December 20, 2011).
Pursuant to Article 58 of Russian Federation Civil Code; clause 1, article 37 of Federal Act No. 178-ФЗ“State and municipal property privatization” dated December 21, 2001; clause 1.1 of the By-laws; JSCo “Ryazan State Instrument-making Enterprise” is a universal legal successor of all rights and obligations of FSUE “Ryazan State Instrument-making Enterprise”.
In conformity with the order No. 822-p dated December 30, 2009 of Territorial office of Federal estate administration agency in Ryazan region Barankin Evgeny Semyonovich is appointed General Director of JSCo “Ryazan State Instrument-making Enterprise”.
